THE WELLNESS S'WORKER'S COLLABORATION TERMS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR ENGAGING IN SERVICES BY THE WELLNESS S’WORKER. 

COLLABORATION TERMS

When we collaborate, all communication is strictly confidential within reason. If you have questions about what that may entail, please reach out! These collaboration terms will also be provided to every client in a Welcome Packet. Here’s a breakdown of The Wellness S’Worker Collaboration Terms:

1. The Wellness S’Worker provides Dharma Coaching Services that are specifically tailored to the Client. The Client agrees to enter into that process of Intake Services Form, Discovery Consultation, and establishing a Wellness Mission from that Discovery Consultation. The Client has an opportunity to terminate the Wellness Mission prematurely for whatever reason and will not be questioned for that reason. The only requirement for termination of Wellness Mission is that all previous payments are up to date and closed. 
2. A payment plan is initially established in the Wellness Mission and can be amended as long as the amendments are written and mutually agreed upon in writing.  Payment is accepted through cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.  Payment penalties and transaction specificities are written and agreed upon on a contract to contract basis and shall be referred to in that contract.
3. I am NOT a therapist or a licensed mental health professional. I am under no obligation to keep information confidential if there is a danger to myself, yourself, or others. I am not qualified to treat mental health disorders.
4. Be respectful, kind, courteous and professional. I am going to treat you as a colleague and a friend. It’s important that we establish boundaries and clear communication. If you have specific boundaries you want to set, we will put them into place. I also do not date clients.
5. I’m curating my own original content because I want it to be a resourceful tool within the Sex Worker Industry & Community. Please attribute my original images/content to my social media handles @thewellnesssworker or for parenthetical annotation (Ashe Ellis, The Wellness S’Worker). Attribution is TAGGING me in the image (if applicable), as well as a written attribution (tag or parenthetical annotation) in the caption, etc. Thank you for sharing my stuff!
